A Quiet, Peaceful Sanctuary

Thoughtfully designed to provide safety, warmth, and absolute confidentiality.

You will always be greeted with a warm welcome.

"Asking for help is the first step to counselling and often the hardest. It can be very daunting, however, it is also very rewarding."

I am a qualified and experienced Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I provide a confidential and professional one-to-one counselling service for adults, young people, and children over the age of 11 years, as well as dedicated support for couples.

I run my own private practice in Neath SA11, where I have committed extensive CPD hours to CBT, Trauma, Neurobiology, and working with children. I offer both in-person sessions and remote therapy via Skype, Zoom, and telephone for those outside the local area or who feel more comfortable speaking from home.

I hold extensive knowledge of the LGBTQ+ community and provide an affirming, non-judgmental, and confidential space where issues surrounding sexuality, identity, and personal relationships can be freely explored.

What to expect when we meet

The first session is designed to determine how the therapeutic relationship will work between us and to ensure you feel completely comfortable.

Everything you share is strictly confidential, following BACP professional guidelines. There is never any pressure to disclose more than you feel ready to share.
